Rent and watched the vcd "Dirty Dancing 2". It rawks when you have a video rental shop just around the corner just so you can just pop by anytime to borrow any VCDs. On an occasion while I was flipping though their selections, I even saw Moonchild! Imagine my surprise. The script's pretty much predictable, the acting mediocore but the music and dancing's simply fantastic! I especially like the song by Mya called "Do you only wanna dance". Its upbeat and latin-ish. So you all latin music lovers, you have to listen to that soundtrack.

My work's great. I've got nothing much to complain except that some of my co-workers, despite their age and wonderful working experiences (for which both are far better(and are older) then mine) act immaturely and indecisively. One treats me like a new born idiot (she tells me things which I already know and treats me like..plainly, a new born idiot. For example, she would use her voice-filled-with-motherly-love-and-concern-and-naggy tone and tell me "Don't follow your customers." I obviously know that I wasn't suppose to follow them because it annoys the hell out of them and makes me even more tired..so why in the right mind would I do that? And.."Don't cross your arms when you have a customer or it will scare away the customers" EVERYBODY knows that! and the other treats me..wells, she doesn't treat me like anything. She doesn't talk much to me, she doesn't really care about me, she doesn't even help me! Selfish brat. I am just glad that she is not a christian.. beacuse her Iamsohighandmighty attitude would tanish our reputation.

For the whole of next week, I would be off to work at about 2pm every day. So, to all those whom I have made earlier appointments with and had to cancel them, I am terribly sorry! Honto ni gomen nasai!

Alright. I am off to read one of my newly aquired book!

Its the third day at my job and I was seriously annoyed, even until the point where I was on the verge of scolding someone. Let me tell you what excatly happened. You see, in retail sales, with every customer that actually buys what you/the shop offers/sells, you get comission. Its not as if the rate per clothing is high, but there is still comission. So there I was introducing and trying to sell clothings.. I had two customers at one time...and both decided to go and try out their selections. Alrighty. One customer then wanted a size bigger because the hem was too tight for her. While I only took a few steps and seconds to search for the size that she requested, my other customer came out asking for something. It is obvious I cannot serve both at once so I told her to wait for a while. Then SHE had to come in and interrupt me. In the end, the customer I was serving didn't get anything and the other one got like.. 4 pieces. I was pissed. I mean, she obviously, blanatly knew that she was my customer. It would be alright if It was just once but the same episode happened for more then thrice. I really had the right mind to scold her but I didn't. I didn't see the point of wasting my breath on her. In the end, I just told them that I was hungry and went out for early dinner to calm myself down. But seriously, I don't believe that such selfish people still exist in this world and to think that she's 21 this year (talk about being fair and mature) and she's earning 5K/mnth in another company. She was just helping out in the shop for one day...I don't see the point of fighting and stealing my customers.

I am offically taking down my tag board. So all the porno-addictcumidiots-who-have-nothing-better-to-do-but-post-rubbish-on-my-board, MAY YOU BURN IN HELL!!!

The television set is switched on and tuned into ''Barney".. and its singing the 'I love you' song.
The funnyslashweird thing is.. my father's watching it.
He's lying sloppyishly on the sofa, head lolled to one side, hands folded comfortably on his lap and watching (or rather, I think he's just looking) the televsion.
*Sniffs the air* The sweet aroma of spiced curry mixed feels the air. Yups. Mother's cooking curry mutton in the kitchen .. along with steamed finger sized chicken hotdogs, sliced ham, stir-fry vegetable with oyster sauce and wells, rice. All of this for breakfast. Pretty cool, heh?

The past two days have been an adventure, or sort of.

On monday, I went for two job interviews. Saw them on the newspaper ad (wells, you have to start somewhere, don't you?) and personally went down. One was the position of an assistant Admin staff and the other was that of a telephone operator. As to how much the first job was paid, I wasn't quite sure yet but the second job pays $7/hr. Hopped unto the train to Tanjong Pagar and made good time. Applied for both jobs with my fingers crossed.

Went to the near by bugis for some shopping. Finally got my jamie cullen cd and a sling bag at a slashed price. Saw this adoring yukata at $98! Its dark blue with embroidered bamboo shoots and cranes. Fell in love instantly. I managed to reduced the price to $80 but I didn't have enough cash on me so I had to leave the shop empty handed. *sobs* Walked around a little more and stopped at my friend's shop. It turned out she needed help and I was hired right on the spot. Sweet.

Got phone calls in the evening that I was shortlisted and my pressence was required the next day. Was pretty happy about it.

Tuesday morning, called both companies back and cancelled my appointments. One company seemed pretty sad about my cancelling but oh wells. Took another trip down to Tanjong Pagar and went for a singing audition for live band in the name of fun. I made it in but I opt out instead because it calls for commitment and blah. Went out with parents to do some shopping. Got two lovely pair of jeans and sore legs. Friend called in the evening and asked me if I can work in the afternoon tomorrow so I am expected for work today...

Mom's calling me for breakfast..

A piece of advice, never put your sushi in the fridge for more then 2 hours before you consume it because the rice will turn as hard as rock and eating it without the soya sauce is ..blearhs.

But then again, when I eat, I eat it(the food) at its best.

Went over to the hospital today again and came back knowing that I have IBS. (http://www.aboutibs.org/) It gets worse when I feel stressed..so can you imagine what I had to go through when it was the examinations? Yups, I could visit the toliet up to 5 fricking times a day and by the end of the day, end up with a sore butt. The good news is that IBS is not life-threatening (unless I have like blood in my stools, fever or a great loss of weight). Sighs. The bad news is that its incurable and this really bothers me. Oh, and by the way, its common if you have IBS...so if you actually do, its really no big deal.

A little piece of information if you are interested.

I will be admitting myself into the hospital for a small surgery on the 17th. I won't eleborate on the details here but rest assured my friends, its nothing life-threatening. ..So no worries.
